JETBLUE AIRLINES CHANGE/ CANCEL FEE UPDATE

When your travel plans change, you have to change or cancel your flight bookings too. For customer’s satisfaction and comfort, JetBlue Airlines provides flexible flight change or cancellation policy. Customers can easily make changes in their existing flight bookings without paying any extra fee or penalty charges.

If the JetBlue Airlines Reservations was made 7 days or more before the scheduled flight departure date, then a customer has 24 hours from the time of original flight bookings to cancel flight tickets without paying any extra cancellation fee.

JETBLUE AIRLINES CHANGE/ CANCEL FEE AMOUNTS

·        When a customer makes JetBlue Airlines Reservations online i.e. through JetBlue Airlines Official Site or through its mobile app, then he/she will choose from several fare options. The fare options can be Blue Basic, Blue, Blue Plus or Blue Extra.

·        JetBlue Airlines charges a non-refundable fee of $25 per passenger for changing or cancelling JetBlue Airlines Reservations over the phone.

·        Customers can easily save a fee of $25 per person by making hassle-free flight bookings through JetBlue Airlines Official Site.

CHANGE/ CANCELLATION FEE (DEPENDING ON THE FARE)

·        Depending on which fare option a customer has purchased, following are the JetBlue Airlines Flight change or cancellation fee:

·        Blue Basic Fare: customers are not eligible for flight changes or cancellations.

·        Blue and Blue Plus Fares: for fares of $200 or more, a fee of $200 per person is charged, plus the difference in fare.

Ø  For fares between $150- $199.99, a fee of $150 per passenger is charged, plus the difference in fare.

Ø  For fares between $100- $149.99, a fee of $100 per person is charged, plus the difference in fare.

Ø  For fares under $100, a fee of $75 per person is charged, plus the difference in fare.

·        Blue Extra Fares: there is no additional flight change or cancellation fee before the scheduled departure, only a difference in fare will be applied (if any).

IMPORTANT POINTS

·        JetBlue Airlines Cancellations are non-refundable fares of all types that are placed into JetBlue Travel Credits.

·        Flight change or cancellation fee will be waived for all the Mosaic members.

·        Customers can modify their JetBlue Airlines Reservations by directly visiting JetBlue’s official Site any by selecting the option “Manage Trips”, available on the homepage.

·        For the flight changes or modifications, you require your last name and other personal details, confirmation number, flight number, date of travel, etc.
